Start with a room and quantity schedule
A useful sourcing brief begins with the rooms, people and quantities the furniture must serve. Separate executive offices, manager rooms, open work areas, meeting rooms, receptions and storage zones. This makes it possible to compare coordinated model families instead of isolated product photos.
Include the destination country or port and the target delivery window. These details influence packing, loading discussions and the production plan.
- Room type and headcount
- Model number or reference image
- Quantity by item
- Destination and required timing
Verify the model before discussing price
Use a manufacturer model number as the common reference. Confirm the available size, material, finish, configuration and included storage. Do not assume that an image shows every component included in the quoted set.
For BG products, the RFQ should name the exact BG model whenever possible. If no model is selected, share a floor plan, BOQ or reference image so the factory can identify the nearest product family.
Compare commercial terms on the same basis
A low unit figure is not comparable until the quotation basis is clear. Ask whether packing, accessories, export documentation and delivery terms are included. Confirm MOQ, production lead time, payment terms and the validity period of the quotation.
For a mixed office project, request an item-by-item quotation tied to the same room schedule. This reduces missed items and helps both sides control revisions.
Turn the guide into a model quotation.
Send model numbers or a room schedule, quantities, destination and timing. BG will confirm the next commercial step.

Can different office furniture models be combined?
A mixed-model order can be discussed, but the workable combination depends on model quantities, packing and container-loading requirements.
